Signs with Appeal

I'm not a fan of handbills and posters plastered all over telephone and utility poles. You know the type--posters for yard sales held weeks ago, ads for "Lose Weight Fast!"--that sort of thing.

One exception is notices for lost pets. Lost furballs need all the help they can get. I've noticed my neighbors agree. Weeks--even months--will go by, and these handbills will stay in place:

Recently I happened upon a completely different kind of handbill that also tugs at my heartstrings:

Somebody young and small has been putting these up around the neighborhood:

Sweet and simple appeals:

The misspellings just make them all the more adorable.
