Violet Power!

In my garden is a rose bed underplanted with violets. This year, for some reason, the little plants have pumped out a HUGE number of flowers:

And the flowers seem bigger, on longer stems, than ever before:

Not only that, they've jumped across a three-foot walkway to colonize another flower bed, as well:

Hooray! Enough violets to gather and make teensy bouquets for Valentine's Day!
