Laduree Love

Halloween candy is all around us today, but I'd rather have this in my treats bag:

These were hand-picked for me by LD#1 when she was in Paris briefly over a recent weekend. All my favorite flavors are here, including licorice, rose, raspberry, coffee, chocolate, and salted caramel.

I loved having so many that I could be generous and share with the family at teatime.

Although The Hubby grumbled some about not getting enough cookies. Ha ha!

The macarons are a memory now, but I am keeping this beautiful ribbon, and the box it decorated.
