Campout in the Kitchen

No, this isn't my new stove:

It's how I'm dealing with having no stove, for three weeks now:

The Hubby set up this camping stove for me on our new granite counter tops:

I have bad memories of our last Coleman stove. On a camping trip some years ago, it exploded in a mini-fireball and burned all the hair off my forearms. But I overcame my trepidation and used this new two-burner to create a delicious pasta dinner last night.

Can we be done with campouts now, please?
