Two days ago, I began a compelling and thought-provoking book:
"Women, Food, and God," by Geneen Roth. One of her precepts is
mindful eating.

It's about being totally present in the moment as we eat, enjoying the colors, textures, and flavors of our food.

It's surprising how little sugar you need...

...when you really slow down and appreciate the wonderfulness in the bowl.
