Up Cake

My baking-love for artist and sweets blogger Jessie of Cakespy is well documented. It also doesn't hurt that she's a pug lover and a total sweetheart--we saw each other again last week at the Cupcakes Take the Cake meetup at Trophy and had a lovely time catching up. But today's sweet earns her extra brownie points in my book: she made a cake for Up! It's sky blue, covered in fluffy white coconut clouds, and topped with lollipop balloons. So cute and whimsical, I might just have to try it myself. Now, if only Lee liked coconut...
