I've had great fun lately, using up my leftover bits of fancy yarns by turning them into
short knit scarves. Most of them close with a single, standout button. Here's a little peek at what I've made this past week. There's fuschia/gold flecks:
Red with multicolor "sprinkles":
Ocean colors with vintage turquoise-colored button:
And navy/multi flecks with goofy red plastic button:
Tomorrow, I start a weeklong vacation, one that starts and ends with a plane ride. Alas, I won't be able to take my knitting needles with me (I'd be a terrorist threat, you know). So I'll have to content myself with dreaming up the next yarn/button combos. Stay tuned....
